– She runs new classes in the studio from Stretch and Strength to Total Body Tone.
– She takes a new Junior Workout on Saturday mornings 11am – 12noon, free for all Junior members or £5 a session for junior guests. She also runs a teen spin class.
– Stephanie is offering complimentary inductions in the gym, and is on hand to support and answer your personal fitness questions.

Stephanie has numerous qualifications: from GP Referral PT to Suspension training, she also assists with pre & post natal exercise.
